3. Payments

The published prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).
The available payment methods will be those indicated during the booking process.
Prices are subject to change without notice; however, already confirmed reservations will retain the agreed-upon price.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations must be reported as far in advance as possible.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
In the event of extreme weather conditions, safety risks, or force majeure, Rancho Nuovo Mundo may reschedule the activity without incurring any additional liability.
Refunds, when applicable, will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with current policy.

5. Punctuality

Visitors must arrive at the time specified in their reservation. Late arrivals may result in a shorter experience or prevent participation, with no right to a refund.

6. Safety Rules

To ensure a safe experience, all visitors must:

Follow the staff's instructions.
