  • A reservation is considered confirmed only after we have received the corresponding payment or the required deposit.<\/li>
  • Rancho Nuovo Mundo reserves the right to refuse a reservation for operational or security reasons, or due to force majeure.<\/li><\/ul>

    3. Payments<\/h4>
    • The published prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).<\/li>
    • The available payment methods will be those indicated during the booking process.<\/li>
    • Prices are subject to change without notice; however, already confirmed reservations will retain the agreed-upon price.<\/li><\/ul>

      4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy<\/h4>
      • Cancellations must be reported as far in advance as possible.<\/li>
      • Rescheduling is subject to availability.<\/li>
      • In the event of extreme weather conditions, safety risks, or force majeure, Rancho Nuovo Mundo may reschedule the activity without incurring any additional liability.<\/li>
      • Refunds, when applicable, will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with current policy.<\/li><\/ul>

        5. Punctuality<\/h4>

        Visitors must arrive at the time specified in their reservation. Late arrivals may result in a shorter experience or prevent participation, with no right to a refund.<\/p>

        6. Safety Rules<\/h4>

        To ensure a safe experience, all visitors must:<\/p>

        • Follow the staff's instructions.<\/li>

        • Use safety equipment properly when required.<\/li>
        • Be respectful toward other visitors, staff, and animals.<\/li>

          Activities involving horses and farm animals carry inherent risks associated with contact with animals.<\/p>
